Sometimes it's ok to abuse a child

ESPN is currently running a story about the 100 years of our misery.  In addition to profiling fellow blogger over at Goat Riders of the Apocalypse, the also go on to interview a 7 year old boy named Wrigley Fields.  As a condition to marriage, Jerry insisted, in a Biblical fashion, that his first born be named Wrigley.  While this may seem like a poorly received episode of Home Improvement (I'm sure Mr. Wilson would've brought them back from near-divorce - how does he do it?!?!), it actually inspires me.  Hell, at one point, I told my ex-girlfriend that if we ever had kids, I would want to name them Clark and Addison.  So we salute you, Jerry Fields, for having the tenacity to stick to your guns.  And to hope that you never go on to divorce your wife, and have your child grow to resent you like an illiterate middle-schooler to his Pizza Hut server with not enough stickers on his Book It! pin.
